Order Processing

Orders will be processed the same day that they are received before 4.00 PM and shipped within 24-48 hrs.* Please contact the VIS Support Helpdesk for expedited orders, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers ordering via a Standard Purchase Order can fax orders to the above fax numbers or e-mail vis.support@varian.com

Customers can also order by registering with the Varian customer portal (MyVarian) and placing orders through the Varian Marketplace.

*In some cases where the products must cross a border, a 48-hour shipment timeline is more likely due to customs clearance and administrative questions.
